Industrial Data Capture is an independent software house based in Birmingham, providing specialised database products and consultancy as well as a range of support services.
Started ten years ago as a vehicle for consultancy and contracting work, IDC then took on extra work from satisfied customers and this led to the development of our two main products: SHERPA and TEMSS. These customisable web-based tools for reporting and appointment booking can even be used on your existing databases with minimal disruption.
Over the past two years we have developed considerably from a business perspective and now deploy using PRINCE2 methodologies as standard.
In that time, we have also taken on more staff, won more contracts and formalised many of our processes.
IDC consultants are recognised by the Business Link Consultants Register and have Chartered membership of the British Computer Society.
